We support people with Deafness or who are hard of hearing.
The FREE FAMILY LAW CLINIC Charity (FFLCC) will offer free legal advice and services to members in the community who do not qualify for assistance from the Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid) and those on too low an income to pay privately.
It has been very concerning to us during the past 3 years that, in our experience, there is a very high demand for such free services. Approximately 40% of the Family Law Clinic Ltd's first-time callers fall into this category.
Once funding is obtained, the FFLCC will provide everyone who qualifies with free advice, form-filling and Court help for the following:
# to apply for/defend injunctions against violent and abusive partners or other family members
# to apply for/defend residence/contact with their children, safety of a child, or to prevent child abduction
# to initiate, defend or finalise prenuptial, cohabitation, separation or divorce matters
# full NHS continuing care Care Home funding
# a Power of Attorney
# a Will
Providing free services is subject to the FFLCC obtaining government and/or private funding. These applications are in progress.
(R) THE FREE FAMILY LAW CLINIC is now here. This service will appropriately address the inefficiencies and widening gap in the free legal services market, unfilled by the CAB, Legal Services Commission and various legal services providers.
Please feel free to join our waiting list and receive further information updates if you require family and matrimonial legal advice and services, but do not qualify for Legal Aid and cannot afford to pay for a lawyer.
Private donations are most welcome, and any contribution will be greatly appreciated and put to immediate use to fund the most needy and serious of our cases.
