b) After the second Court hearing is over and up to the end of the 3rd Court hearing (called the Final Hearing).
In order to
benefit from these discount packages, you will need to pay the full fee
in advance. This offer covers approximately 10-12 hours of work based on
our experience of a typical court case. Work load
and time spent will vary from case to case and from client to client, as all cases
vary.
Our fee includes reading/reviewing case notes, draft proposals, drafting Orders, reading agreements/orders, consultations,
writing short letters, and all other actions where appropriate. This fee is non-refundable even if
there is an early settlement.
