All divorce petition/respondent court forms and statements PLUS all forms and work to start off financial proceedings/or defend financial proceedings, and through every stage up to and including the first Court Hearing date (the FDA)

Included:  Whether you are the applicant or respondent - All appointments, guidance, information and help with all form filling and Statements through all stages, at the start of Ancillary Relief Proceedings up to and including McKenzie Friend court help/attendance during the very first Court Hearing (called the FDA - First Directions Appointment.)

All inclusive fee:  £995.00

(On average, from our experience,  high street Solicitors' Costs would come to approximately £5,000)

You can also opt for this all-inclusive package for the same fee:

a)  After the first Court hearing is over and up to the end of the 2nd Court hearing (called the FDR - Financial Dispute Resolution hearing.)

b)  After the second Court hearing is over and up to the end of the 3rd Court hearing (called the Final Hearing).

In order to benefit from these discount packages, you will need to pay the full fee in advance. This offer covers approximately 10-12 hours of work based on our experience of a typical court case.  Work load and time spent will vary from case to case and from client to client, as all cases vary. 

Our fee includes reading/reviewing case notes, draft proposals, drafting Orders, reading agreements/orders, consultations,  writing short letters, and all other actions where appropriate. 

This fee is non-refundable even if there is an early settlement.
