Most of our advisers work from their own homes, enabling them to keep their overheads down and passing on that saving to our clients. Our advisers are client-centred and endeavour to make the most positive impact as possible on their clients' lives. You can visit an adviser in their own home-office, or you can elect to phone an adviser or have an email consultation.

All things being well, within the first hour you will have received the advice and information you need to take the matter forward, either with our assistance, or to take steps yourself.

All advisers are trained to explain divorce law and many other family law matters, and the legal processes and procedures to you. We help complete all of the Court forms for you, or show you how to do so. We are fully aware of the harm caused by lengthy and acrimonious litigation. Our professional low cost advisers come from a diverse cross-section of qualified lawyers, and specialists with Law degrees and other legal qualifications, and all charge the same low fees.

The FREE FAMILY LAW CLINIC charity (FFLCC) will offer free legal advice and services to members in the community who do not qualify for assistance from the Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid), and who cannot afford to pay privately for a legal adviser.

Providing such services is dependant on obtaining government and private funding. These applications are in progress.
