Most of our advisers work from their own homes, enabling them to keep their overheads down and passing on that saving to our clients. Our advisers are client-centred and endeavour to make the most positive impact as possible on their clients' lives. You can visit an adviser in their own home-office, or request an adviser to travel to you, or you can elect to phone an adviser or have an email consultation.
We are fully aware of the harm caused by lengthy and
acrimonious litigation. All advisers have legal qualifications and are trained to explain divorce law and many other family law matters, and the legal processes and procedures to you. We help complete all of the Court forms for you, or show you how to do so.
Whilst we operate as lay legal advisers, all of our consultants have a variety of legal qualifications, training and experience. Most have obtained Law degrees. Some consultants are non-practising Solicitors and non-practising Barristers. Some have Ilex qualifications. Each of our consultants have been been employed or self-employed for approximately 15 years, on average.
This year we are running ten one-day courses, and one 5-day course for those who would like to know about the various aspects of family law, and also how to start up (Business Start-Up package) and run their own family law company, based on the proven, successful Family Law Clinic Ltd model.
